War Wonton Soup recipe

I know several people have asked for this recipe so I will give it but I have to say I just used my own recipe I didn't really follow one so just taste and then add if you need. I also don't like many onions so add more if you like.

First: Make your Wontons

Buy wonton wrappers..usually in produce sections refrigerated.

I did 2lbs or ground pork.

I sliced up Mushrooms about 6-8? I don't remember just really really small pieces and sliced green onions very small and some Chinese cabbage about 1/4 to 1/2 cup very small mixed it all in with the meat. I add lots of pepper and a bit of salt and a bit of garlic. Mush it all together and use a small Mellon baller or spoon and put in the middle of the wonton and wet the sides with water fold over and press securely. Set on a cookie sheet until you cook the soup.

Get a big pot and add half chicken oxo and half beef oxo until it tastes yummy. Bring to a boil add sliced carrots, sliced celery and I put in all my white ends of the onion in whole for flavor or slice them in half. Once carrots start to soften I added the wonton's and mushrooms cut in quarters. Wait a bit and then all a couple handfuls of Chinese cabbage and broccoli if you want (I didn't as my dad doesn't love it). Then I add my uncooked shrimp and simmer until wonton's are done about 15 minutes and eat. I also added cut zucchini because it is yummy near the end with the cabbage so it doesn't get to over cooked.

I am sorry it isn't very exact...it is yum yum yummy! The biggest pain is making the wonton's. Good luck please let me know if you made it!

Yum! I made this recipe last month and I love it. I didn't think of adding shrimp though. That would be good.

You really make it appear really easy with your presentation
but I in finding this matter to be really one thing that I believe I'd by no means understand. It kind of feels too complicated and very huge for me. I'm taking a look forward to your next publish, I will try to get
